Branding & partner portal
Brand a portal with your own logo and colours for the firms who refer to you.
Give the firms who refer clients to you a portal that looks like your firm —
your logo, your colours — not Mutuvo's. Open Branding from the top
navigation (or go to /settings/branding).
Only the firm Owner can change branding or the portal link.
Logo and colours
- Logo URL — paste a public
https://link to your logo (for example the one on your website). Leave it blank to show your firm name instead. - Primary colour — the header and buttons on your portal. Use the colour
picker or type a hex value like
#2e3a87. - Accent colour — status labels and highlights.
- Custom domain — the address you'd like your portal to live at, e.g.
portal.yourfirm.co.uk. Enter it now; we activate it once you've pointed a CNAME record at us and DNS has verified.
A live preview on the right shows how your portal header and cards will look as you type. Click Save branding when you're happy.
The “Powered by Mutuvo” footer
Every portal shows a small Powered by Mutuvo credit in the footer. Firms on the Group plan can switch it off from this page for a fully unbranded portal.
Your portal link
Under Portal link you'll find a single web address you can share with any firm that refers clients to you. Anyone with the link can open the portal — no Mutuvo account, no password.
- Copy puts the link on your clipboard to paste into an email or your website.
- Regenerate link creates a brand-new address and immediately switches off the old one. Use this if a link has been shared too widely or you want to reset access.
What referrers see
Your portal shows, for referrals sent to you:
- Headline numbers — total received, in progress, won, and fees earned.
- A pipeline — each referral by its reference, which firm sent it, the service area, its status, and the date received.
- Resources — any brand assets or templates you've published.
For privacy, the portal never shows a referred client's name or contact details. To see and act on the full client information — and to message the referring firm back — the person opens a free Mutuvo account from the portal's Sign in button.
